How to Make a Booking

To make a booking first select the room you want to book, then click the relevant calendar date and select the best available time slot(s). Then simply complete your full name and email address. Our Standard Operating Procedures can be viewed by clicking the Standard Operating Procedures link which will open in a new tab, please read these prior to completing your booking, if you do have any questions please contact Nadia. Upon ticking the checkbox to confirm you have read and understood our Standard Operating Procedures tick the ‘I’m not a robot’ captcha box. Finally, to complete your booking click the ‘Confirm Booking(s)’ button, this will then reload the page ready for more bookings. You will then shortly receive an email confirming your booking(s). Booking Cancellations

Should you decide you need to cancel a booking please do so 24hrs in advance of the appointment. To cancel your booking click the link that can be found in the booking confirmation email. Please note if multiple bookings are made in one session all bookings listed in the confirmation email will be cancelled upon clicking the cancellation link, to avoid this from happening please ensure bookings are made individually.
